In my experience of black hat seo there are plenty of options available to the webmaster that promise an avalanche of traffic to your site.
However in saying this and when doing some research into this black hat seo there seems to be allot of confusion especially when the world cloaking is used. Some webmasters and those with high performing and ranked web sites use cloaking to protect there code this is not black hat seo it is however very smart.
Then there is the other example that is used with the term of cloaking that will generate hundreds of keyword rich pages for your web site and the program usually promises a ton of traffic to who ever uses this technique.
If you are considering using this type of seo to market your web site you should look at doing allot of research first to ensure you know what you are getting yourself into.
Firstly most sites will not link to you if they discover that you are using some sort of cloaking search engine software.
Secondly do your home work on the sites that are telling you that this is the end all of everything on the internet and that you are guaranteed a ton of web site traffic. A site might look good if it has hundreds of links the are keyword rich landing pages, and might even be beneficial for you in the short term. But if you are planning to have a viable web site you should consider other options to increase traffic to your web site.
And Thirdly... Always remember that if it seems to good to be true it usually is!
